Tanaman Obat dan Penggunaannya


ASMA
     Penyakit asma dikenal karena adanya gejala sesak nafas, batuk dan mengi yang disebabkan oleh penyempitan saluran nafas.
     Adapun penyebab asma adalah alergi seperti debu, kecoa maupun serbuk sari, cuaca, olahraga, uap dari berbagai bahan kimia, rokok atau memasak dengan kayu bakar, infeksi pernafasan, dan emosi, seperti tertawa, menangis dan stress.     

     Sementara gejala asma adalah nafas yang berbunyi (bengek), nafas pendek yang biasa hanya terjadi ketika sedang berolahraga, rasa sesak didada, dan batuk-batuk hanya pada malam hari.


Resep 1
Bahan :

  • 1 kerat kulit pohon asam
  • 3 gelas air

Cara mengolah :

  • Rajang dan rebus kulit kayu asam dengan air selama 10 menit

Aturan Pakai :

  • Orang dewasa : 1 mangkok setiap selesai makan dan sebelum tidur
  • Anak-anak : 1 / ­­2  mangkok 4 kali sehari ( setelah makan dan sebelum tidur)
  • Bayi : 2 sendok makan, 4 kali sehari (setelah makan dan sebelum tidur)


Resep 2
Bahan :

  • 10 gr daun tanjung
  • 5 gr biji cengkeh
  • 15 gr kayu cendana sari
  • 5 gr pulosari

Cara mengolah :

  1. Tumbuk  kasar semua bahan, khusus daun tanjung dirajang
  2. Gulung dengan daun jambu klutuk seperti rokok

Aturan pakai :

  • Bakar dan hisap seperti rokok


Resep 3
Bahan :

  • 10 gr daun randu
  • Garam secukupnya

Cara Mengolah :

  1. Daun randu ditumbuk sampai halus lalu diperas dengan air matang setengah cangkir
  2. Campur dengan garam sampai larut

Aturan Pakai

  • Minum 3 kali sehari, bisa ditambahkan kuning telur


Resep 4
Bahan :

  • 7 siung bawang putih
  • Buah melon berukuran kecil

Cara Mengolah :

  1. Melon dikupas kulitnya dan dibuang bagian tengahnya.
  2. Isi lubang tersebut dengan bawang putih, kemudian ditutup kembali
  3. Kukus melon hingga matang, blender denganair secukupnya

Aturan Pakai :

  • Minum 1 kali sehari, sekali minum sebanyak 1 gelas


Resep 5
Bahan :

  • 10 siung bawang putih, cuci,kupasa, dan diiris-iris
  • 1 sdm madu

Cara Mengolah :
Rebus bawang putih dengan 2 gelas air hingga tersisa 1 gelas, saring dan dinginkan
Tambahkan madu
Aturan Pakai :
Minum 3 kali sehari, sekali minum sebanyak 1 / ­2  gelas
